When Arthur Guinness began brewing beer and stout at St. James’s Gate, Dublin in 1759, he deliberately chose the harp logo to appeal to nationalist pride in Ireland. The harp design is the same as the Irish national symbol used on coins, except that the Guinness Harp faces right, while the government version faces left. High quality 1/2" diameter real neon glass!
