Shipping
We ship most of our neon products via UPS or Fedex. However some items we may ship USPS Priority Mail depending on the item.
You will be emailed a tracking number at the time of shipment so you can track your item.
Note: We are in the process of setting up an online tracking feature so that you can check your order status from within your account. You will have to register for an account with us to use this feature.
Damages
Although it is quite rare occaisionally an item gets damaged in shipping usually by improper handling by the Shipping Carrier. When Your Neon sign arrives open the box up, plug it in, and test it immediately. If there is any damage you MUST report any Shipping damage to us within 48 hours via email so we can file a damage claim on your behalf. NO EXCEPTIONS!
This is per the Shipping Carrier's policy. Save all the original packaging, foam, boxes, that your item came in. This is important in case we need you to return the item to us.
